The 440 West Condominiums are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. From the balcony of this unit you have a fantastic view to the south of Little Pass which connects the Gulf with the Intracoastal Waterway and Sand Key Beach. You may see some dolphins in Little Pass from your balcony or from the newly renovated pool area, right on the water.
Inside is lots of room with a large master suite with a king bed and two full sized beds in the second bedroom.
The kitchen is open to the dining/living area and is fully equipped. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well.
The location of this unit puts you within an easy walk to the white sands of Clearwater Beach, fine restaurants, nightclubs and miniature golf. Check out the Activities and Attractions section below!

Living Room - Access to the balcony via a sliding glass door. Balcony has 1 table and 4 chairs. The view is looking south over Little Pass which connects the Gulf with the intra-coastal waterway, with Sand Key bridge and Sand Key opposite. There is a view of the Gulf looking south. The building superstructure limits the view to the west. There is a couch, love seat and chair with seating for six. 31 inch flat screen TV with built-in DVD player.
