This beautifully appointed unit features granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, tile flooring throughout except in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Your full length balcony provides views north and east over the intra-coastal waterway towards down town Clearwater.
TVs are provided in all bedrooms as well as in the living room, all connected to cable. Local phone service is also provided as well as wireless internet access. There is even a luggage cart to help gather bags and/or groceries from down stairs.
The Harborview Grande was built in 2006 and provides a heated pool on-site., November through March. You have assigned parking, and access to the units is via a secured entry.
You are centrally located to all kinds of restaurants and shops as well as two blocks from the white powdery sand of the beach. Just a 15 minute walk to Pier 60 and the Marina. Come and enjoy!
