sliding glass doors. Master bath has solid
surface counter tops and two sinks. No tub
but there is a step-in shower.
Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen Beds, ceiling fan with lights, 32
inch flat screen TV with DVD and VHS player.
Stereo with CD player.
Hall Bath - combo shower/tub, solid surface counter.
Kitchen - Granite Counter tops, Fridge with French
doors and freezer at the bottom with ice
maker.
Living Area - New furniture installed Aug of 2010.
Leather Couch with recliners at both ends.
Leather Sofa Sleeper with Queen Bed.
Leather Recliner. 55 inch Sony flat screen
TV hooked up to digital HD cable and a
BluRay DVD player. Access to the balcony
through brand new sliding glass doors. (Aug

Dining Area - Seating for 6 at the dining table with
two more seats at barstools at the breakfast bar.
Balcony - Looking directly out west on the beach and
towards the Gulf of Mexico. 1 small chaise,
4 chairs and two small tables.
General Amenities - One assigned parking space.
Guest parking available on a first come, first
served basis. Heated Pool behind the building.
Gas grill and picnic tables available by the pool.
Wireless high speed internet in the unit. local
phone service provided. Beach towels, toys,
chairs, a cooler and umbrellas provided. Hair
