This beachfront condo provides tile flooring throughout the entire unit. Recently updated sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony with 6 chairs and a large table. Sit down, sip a cup of coffee in the morning or enjoy an “adult” beverage if you so desire as you watch the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is just steps away. For a little more excitement, stroll down to Pier 60 for the evening sunset celebration, weather permitting, starting two hours before and going approx 2 hours after sunset. Live entertainment and people selling fun stuff makes this a good way to get into “island time”.
Restaurants and shopping are all just about a 15 minute walk away. Across the street from the Pier is the Clearwater Beach Marina. Sign up for a dinner cruise or perhaps a dolphin watching trip. Lot’s to do or make your vacation a time for relaxation.
