This unit is located on a tranquil inlet of the Intra-coastal Waterway, facing docks with boats and lots of water! It almost feels like you are on a boat! Yet this unit is peaceful and quiet. Enjoy the view from within the unit while sitting in your spacious living/dining area, the kitchen or one of the bedrooms.
You are also only 2.5 to three short blocks to the white sands of Clearwater and a short 4 block walk to many beach restaurants and bars.. There is also a patio for enjoying the great outdoors.

Only a 5 minute walk to the white sands of Clearwater Beach. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Jolly Trolly will take you to Island Estates for grocery shopping.
The Clearwater Aquarium, a dolphin and sea turtle rescue and rehabilitation center, home to Winter the Dolphin is also located on Island Estates.
An easy 40 minute drive to Busch Gardens in Tampa and the Disney World complex in Orlando is only a 90 minute drive.
