This unit is located on a tranquil inlet of the Intra-coastal Waterway, facing docks with boats and lots of water! Enjoy the view from within the unit while sitting in your spacious living/dining area or kitchen. You are also only three short blocks to the Gulf beaches, restaurants and shopping.

A balcony off the living area provides a peaceful spot to enjoy the view. Other special amenities of this unit are wireless internet access and cable TV as well as free phone service within the US and to Canada.

In the kitchen are a dishwasher and disposal.

The Trolley service stops practically in front of this building!

Only a 5 minute walk to the white sands of Clearwater Beach. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Jolly Trolly will take you to Island Estates for grocery shopping.

The Clearwater Aquarium, a dolphin and sea turtle rescue and rehabilitation center is also located on Island Estates. This is the home of Winter, the famous dolphin who got a new tail.

Busch Gardens in Tampa is an easy 40 minute drive, and the Disney World complex in Orlando is only a 90 minute drive.
