Beautiful and carefully maintained landscaping greets you when you arrive at the Belleair Beach House. Inside you will find almost 2000 square feet of comfortable and efficient living space with lots of features that will make your beach side vacation a rewarding experience. The kitchen is roomy with space for two cooks and a big table just right for games for the kids. Next to the kitchen is the bright and sunny family room with a fireplace. The bedrooms are arranged in a split floor plan for maximum privacy. There is also a small computer room with a pull out sofa bed for the little ones. The L-shaped living and dining room is super spacious and beautifully furnished, ready for fine dining and conversation, separate from those in the family room. From the dining room a large sliding glass door provides access to the screened porch with a table for four and a foosball game. The master bedroom has a bath with garden tub with one wall of the shower a full window with a view into a private garden area. Finally, the garage comes complete with new gas grill, umbrellas, beach chairs and other goodies to take to the beach for a perfect day by the sea.
