This condo has the best of both worlds. The property is located beach front and also has the bay right across the street. You are surrounded by water! You have access to the dock pictured to the right for fishing and you can dock a boat during the day but overnight use is not allowed.

Although you will only get the sunrise from your unit, you will be able to enjoy the sunsets from the beachfront pool area. The pool area is well equipped with all you need to grill and enjoy the weather.

Located in Indian Rocks Beach you are a 50 minute drive away from Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo and the Florida Aquarium in downtown Tampa.

You are also about a 30 minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg with shopping and the Dali Museum as well as the Museum of Fine Arts. Ft. Desoto State Park at the tip of Pinellas County is also a 30 minute drive away.

In the vicinity of the condo are restaurants as well as shopping at John''s Pass Village, under 8 miles away.
