This unit was refurbished February of 2011 with new flooring and the instillation of a 60 inch, wall mounted flat screen TV in the living room. New leather living room furniture was also put into this unit.

Enjoy one of the many water sports available such as swimming, scuba, water skiing, para-sailing, or deep sea fishing. Finally, imagine completing your day sitting on your private balcony directly in front of a gorgeous Florida sunset.

This condo is secured with ResortLock. This means you will get a unique access code that is only active for the length of your stay and past visitors will no longer have a working code as well during your stay.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is approximately 1580 square feet and is located directly on the white sands of Clearwater Beach. When you step out onto the balcony you look directly onto the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The unit offers wireless internet access and a full kitchen with washer and dryer. The building has a heated pool and one assigned parking space.
