This is a top floor, end unit with a balcony overlooking the white sands of Clearwater Beach. There is a view of the beach and Gulf from all three bedrooms!

There is a 60 inch, wall mounted flat screen TV in the living area with DVD player and wireless internet. There are also TVs in all three bedrooms. This unit has tile flooring throughout. A vaulted ceiling in the main living area adds to the feeling of spaciousness.
The Villas of Clearwater Beach offers an assigned parking space for each unit with access to guest parking. There is a heated pool and charcoal BBQ grills on the ground floor.
This location puts you a short walk down the beach from Pier 60 where you can enjoy Sunset Celebrations at the Pier every night, weather permitting. Across from the Pier is the Clearwater Beach Marina where you can make arrangements for outings on the water such as Dolphin Watching Cruises, Lunch or Dinner Cruises, etc.
