The living room is equipped with a 40-inch HDTV and extended high-definition cable. The dining area is in between the living room and kitchen and seats four. The kitchen is nicely renovated with stainless steel appliances and new cabinetry and is also well stocked with most everything you will need.

Located on the South end of Clearwater Beach at the entrance to
the inner-coastal water way. The building is so close to the water, you
can see the sea life from almost every condo unit or watch the dolphins
play just off the sea wall. Although the property is not 
beach
front, it is gulf front and just next door the the public beach just
steps away. You will also be within walking distance of shopping,
restaurants and the brand new beach walk.
The pool is heated year-round when needed and is nestled in-between
the two towers and the Gulf of Mexico and has an enormous pool deck for
all to enjoy with two shuffle board areas. Watch the sunset from just
about anywhere on the property.
Each tower has its own fitness center that is well equipped with
weight machines and cardio fitness machines. Both gyms also have unisex
saunas inside. In addition to the individual gyms, you can have a game
of pool it the billiards room or just relax or read a book the well
decorated lobby areas.
440 West is a gated property with guards on duty 24hr a day. Parking
is about half under the building that is assigned and half outside that
is just open parking. Plenty of spaces for you and your guest that may
