Dear Fellow Homeowners,

We are entering the third week of Phase I of the Plaza Deck and Basement Restoration Project.

We are fully aware, that this project has put a major wrinkle to your daily lives. We are trying to smooth it out, but the scale and nature of the project makes it very difficult.

During this phase, work is limited to the terraces and the plaza deck area immediate to the terraces

During the month of May, we will be working on the North Building, and in June on the South Building.

The work on the terraces includes the grinding of the plaza decks, which is a dusty, noisy, smelly job. There may also be dust on the surface of the pool water. The skimmers are operational, but their effect is slow working against the amount of dust. We strongly recommend, especially during working hours, to use the Holiday Inn pool facilities.

Access to the pool area is limited to the main entrance by the dolphins. There will be motorized equipment crossing that area, so caution is highly recommended.

In the next few days, we are planning to remove the wooden ramp leading to Bar-BQue grills. Once this is done, the only access to the grills will be through the exit door of the 440 building, West end elevator Lobby.

At this time grill access is limited: Due to work being performed on the roof, the area is closed from 8:00am till 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.
