Everything was ?as advertised? except for one thing that was important to us: we were told there was ?surround sound? for music and TV in the living room, but the owner had removed the equipment. That was disappointing, but everything else was wonderful!!! The weather was colder than we expected for our month-long stay in January 2010, so we were glad to have such a wonderful ?home away from home? where we could be comfortable and enjoy the views from inside. The sunrises and sunsets are different every day ? and stunning! Even the lights at night are beautiful (reflecting in the water overlooking the Clearwater Causeway and downtown Clearwater Beach). We saw dolphins in the water below our balcony at least once a week and, of course, every day there were plenty of birds (egrets, herons, pelicans, gulls, cormorants, etc.) who found easy fishing right outside the condo. Also lots of boats coming and going from the harbor area around the Clearwater Pass into the Gulf (the dolphin excursions, the pirate ship, the Sea Screamer, sailboats, jet skis, fishing boats, dinner cruises, and more). Never a dull moment, even when it?s too cold to go outside. We loved every minute!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was in pristine condition in a building that is maintained to a very high standard. Located right on the beach with beach views from the terrace, we found this location to be a perfect family destination. It is worth the premium to stay at Sandpearl.

I can not rate both the condominium 705 Harborview Grande or Florida Beach Rentals highly enough. Fantastic accomodation and fantastic customer service! You will not be disappointed. The condo wants for nothing. I tried very hard to find something that had not been provided but failed. The owners have thought of absolutely everything and the description and pictures are very accurate. In fact we felt the pictures did not do the condo justice! It was even better than the pictures. From the moment I made contact with Nancy Stewart the owner, who was extremely helpful and responded to my e-mails very quickly, through to my email and face to face contact with the staff at Florida Beach Rentals, I was extremely satisifed. I would not hesitate in recommending either Florida Beach Rentals or the Harborview Grande to any visitor to Clearwater Beach. I am quite fussy and like good quality accomodation and excellent customer service and I got both with abundance. We had a fabulous time at the Dockside Condos at Clearwater Beach. The accomodations were perfect for a family with 2 kids. We felt right at home, but without all the worries! We were within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and activities. The views were great - the Gulf on one side and a beautiful dock on the other. It was so relaxing! I would highly recommend it to others!

Our vacation to Clearwater was a totally awesome experience. The room was great and was not only the kitchen equipped but there were even beach chairs, a cart and plenty of toys for the beach. We would definitely consider renting this room again for future vacation. Only one suggestion, the balcony wasn?t very private due to a lack of a wall on the one side. It was a vacation that has been looked back upon with wonderful memories.

We would definately stay here again. The view from the condo was excellent and the beach was first rate, quiet and peaceful. The condo itself was clean, cared for and more than adequate for my family. The folks at Florida Beach Rentals and at the Crescent Beach Club were great to work with. If you are looking for a party atmosphere, with crowded beaches and short walks to bars and resteraunts, this is not the place, though clearwater beach is only 3 minutes away by car. If you like quiet strolls on a wide, beautiful and uncrowded beach, in close proximity (by car) to shopping, dining, etc., then we highly recommend this condo.

I could not fault the condo or Florida Beach Rentals in any way. The condo is located in a great spot, close to the beach, kids park and over-looking the pool with views of the beach. The area is quiet and safe and relatively close to shops. The accomodation is well furnished with chairs and toys for the beach and pool. The booking of the condo was quick and easy with friendly helpful staff. I would definitely recommend both the condo and Florida Beach Rentals.

We were so impressed with our rental this summer. The rental staff was very friendly and always willing to offer suggestions for activities and restaurants. When we opened the door to the rental, I could tell by the comments that my family members were making, that they were thrilled with the condo. My husband even stated that the online pictures ?didn?t lie.? We will definitely rent out the ?exact same? unit the next time we come down to Clearwater!

The Condo was simply "outstanding" If possible I'd like to buy the unit fully furnished but I think they would ask more than I could afford, (i.e more than $400,000) As it stands now, I will probably rent the condo for another week starting July 3rd.
